The Perfect Ways to Print Your Mobile Pictures

You took lovely pictures of your girls, your holiday, and your family dog. You've shared them on Instagram and Facebook, and any time you get a chance, you browse at your galleries on your computer. But you choose to go the old-fashioned way occasionally and make a tangible print to put on your refrigerator, frame and hang on your fridge, or give to a parent who does not have all the new-fangled social media pages.

Luckily, making physical prints out of your phone is fast. You can email images directly to your home printer (in many cases, no device is needed), use a Photo printing App to order prints for home delivery or in-store pickup on the same day or print photos on a portable printer while you're on the go. To get your pictures off your phone and on paper, here is the measure.

Submit images to your home printer from your phone

If you've bought your printer in the last few years (if not here are a few we recommend), it's definitely going to have Wi-Fi access and you're going to print wirelessly on your printer. You may use the app or use AirPrint for iOS devices or Google Cloud Print for Android devices from your printer maker. This is how:

Printing wirelessly from your iPhone to your home printer

Using AirPrint is the simplest approach to print from your iPhone. Confirm first that your printer is supported by AirPrint. Here, Apple has a list of compatible printers with AirPrint. Make sure your printer is wired to Wi-Fi and that it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone if it is on the list of AirPrint compliant printers.

Printer makers often offer their own applications, such as making collages and other photo creations, or buying materials, which contain extras. You will be able to search your images and print them after you launch the app and connect to your printer (the app will guide you through it).

Next, check that Google Cloud Print is supported by your printer. Google has a list of compatible printers for Cloud Print here. Make sure your printer is wired to Wi-Fi and that it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer if it is on the list of Cloud Print compliant printers.

You will be able to print from any app that allows printing by setting up Google Cloud Print. You may also opt to install the app from your retailer, which normally has extras such as photo editing, materials ordering, or photo crafting.

Print to your home printer if it isn't fit for Wi-Fi

You can still email the screenshot to yourself and print it from your machine if you don't have a Wi-Fi printer. To send a photo to your email address, pick the photo, select Exchange, select Email, and then position the email as the receiver. You may want to make sure that you submit a high quality copy to yourself. Or you should try one of the services below for printing. Free 4" x 6" prints are provided by both providers, but you may have to pay for delivery.
